### sec.366 Arrest of escapees etc.
It is lawful for a police officer to arrest, without warrant, a person the police officer reasonably suspects is escaping or has escaped from lawful custody.
Also, it is lawful for a police officer to arrest, without warrant, a prisoner who is unlawfully at large or unlawfully absent within the meaning of the Corrective Services Act 2006 , section 112 .
Also, a police officer has the same powers as a corrective services officer has under a warrant under the Corrective Services Act 2006 , section 112 .

(sec.366-ssec.1) It is lawful for a police officer to arrest, without warrant, a person the police officer reasonably suspects is escaping or has escaped from lawful custody.
