### sec.361 Register of warrants and authorisations
The CCC chairperson must keep a register of warrants and emergency authorisations.
The commissioner must keep a register of warrants, emergency authorisations and tracking device authorisations.
A register kept under subsection (1) or (2) must be or form part of the register of covert acts kept under chapter 21 , part 2 , division 2 .
