### sec.349 Corresponding warrants
A corresponding warrant may be executed in this jurisdiction in accordance with its terms as if it were a surveillance device warrant or retrieval warrant, as the case requires, issued under part 2 .
To remove any doubt it is declared that subsection (1) applies even though the warrant—
could not have been issued on an application made under this chapter; or
if issued in this jurisdiction, would have been issued subject to stated conditions applying only in this jurisdiction.
Also, subsection (1) applies even though the powers a law enforcement officer may exercise in the participating jurisdiction differ from powers a law enforcement officer may exercise under a warrant issued under this chapter.

(sec.349-ssec.1) A corresponding warrant may be executed in this jurisdiction in accordance with its terms as if it were a surveillance device warrant or retrieval warrant, as the case requires, issued under part 2 .
(sec.349-ssec.2) To remove any doubt it is declared that subsection (1) applies even though the warrant— could not have been issued on an application made under this chapter; or if issued in this jurisdiction, would have been issued subject to stated conditions applying only in this jurisdiction.
(sec.349-ssec.3) Also, subsection (1) applies even though the powers a law enforcement officer may exercise in the participating jurisdiction differ from powers a law enforcement officer may exercise under a warrant issued under this chapter.
- (a) could not have been issued on an application made under this chapter; or
- (b) if issued in this jurisdiction, would have been issued subject to stated conditions applying only in this jurisdiction.
