### sec.348C Record of tracking device authorisation As soon as reasonably practicable after a tracking device authorisation is given, the senior officer of the police service who gave the authorisation must make a written record stating— the date and time the authorisation was given; and the grounds for giving the authorisation. s 348C ins 2017 No. 30 s 15 - (a) the date and time the authorisation was given; and - (b) the grounds for giving the authorisation.
