### sec.326 Types of warrant
The following types of warrant may be issued under this part—
surveillance device warrants;
retrieval warrants.
A warrant issued by a Supreme Court judge may be issued in relation to 1 or more kinds of surveillance device.

(sec.326-ssec.1) The following types of warrant may be issued under this part— surveillance device warrants; retrieval warrants.
(sec.326-ssec.2) A warrant issued by a Supreme Court judge may be issued in relation to 1 or more kinds of surveillance device.
