### sec.319 Delegation—CCC chairperson
The CCC chairperson may delegate any of the chairperson’s powers under this chapter relating to the following to a CCC senior executive officer—
the granting, variation and cancellation of authorities;
conducting reviews under section 287 ;
authorising the making of an application to the independent member for a birth certificate approval for an assumed identity;
making applications under section 292 ;
making requests under section 294 or 307 .
Also, the CCC chairperson may delegate to an authorised commission officer the chairperson’s power under section 288 to apply to the independent member for authority to create a birth certificate for an assumed identity.
No more than 4 delegations may be in force under this section at any time.

(sec.319-ssec.2) Also, the CCC chairperson may delegate to an authorised commission officer the chairperson’s power under section 288 to apply to the independent member for authority to create a birth certificate for an assumed identity.

- (a) the granting, variation and cancellation of authorities;
