### sec.310 Indemnity for issuing agency and officer
This section applies if the chief executive officer of a law enforcement agency makes a request to the chief executive officer of an issuing agency of a participating jurisdiction under section 307 .
The law enforcement agency must indemnify the issuing agency and any officer of the issuing agency for any civil liability incurred by the agency or officer, including reasonable costs, if—
the liability is incurred because of something done, whether in this jurisdiction or elsewhere, by the agency or officer to comply with the request in the course of duty; and
the requirements, if any, prescribed under a regulation have been met.

(sec.310-ssec.1) This section applies if the chief executive officer of a law enforcement agency makes a request to the chief executive officer of an issuing agency of a participating jurisdiction under section 307 .
(sec.310-ssec.2) The law enforcement agency must indemnify the issuing agency and any officer of the issuing agency for any civil liability incurred by the agency or officer, including reasonable costs, if— the liability is incurred because of something done, whether in this jurisdiction or elsewhere, by the agency or officer to comply with the request in the course of duty; and the requirements, if any, prescribed under a regulation have been met.
