### sec.307 Request to participating jurisdiction for evidence of assumed identity This section applies if an authority authorises a request under this section. The chief executive officer who grants the authority may ask the chief executive officer of an issuing agency of a participating jurisdiction stated in the authority— to produce evidence of an assumed identity in accordance with the authority; and to give evidence of the assumed identity to the authorised person named in the authority. s 307 ins 2005 No. 45 s 12 (sec.307-ssec.1) This section applies if an authority authorises a request under this section. (sec.307-ssec.2) The chief executive officer who grants the authority may ask the chief executive officer of an issuing agency of a participating jurisdiction stated in the authority— to produce evidence of an assumed identity in accordance with the authority; and to give evidence of the assumed identity to the authorised person named in the authority. - (a) to produce evidence of an assumed identity in accordance with the authority; and - (b) to give evidence of the assumed identity to the authorised person named in the authority.
