### sec.305 Particular qualifications
Sections 303 and 304 do not apply to anything done by an authorised person if—
a particular qualification is needed to do the thing; and
the person does not have the qualification.
Subsection (1) applies whether or not the authorised person has acquired, as evidence of an assumed identity, a document that indicates that the person has the qualification.

(sec.305-ssec.1) Sections 303 and 304 do not apply to anything done by an authorised person if— a particular qualification is needed to do the thing; and the person does not have the qualification.
(sec.305-ssec.2) Subsection (1) applies whether or not the authorised person has acquired, as evidence of an assumed identity, a document that indicates that the person has the qualification.
- (a) a particular qualification is needed to do the thing; and
- (b) the person does not have the qualification.
