### sec.274 Delegation—commissioner The commissioner may delegate any of the commissioner’s powers under this chapter as chief executive officer relating to the authorisation of controlled operations, including the variation and cancellation of authorities for controlled operations and notifications under section 264 (2) , to— a deputy commissioner of the police service; or an assistant commissioner of the police service; or the detective chief superintendent responsible for Statewide crime operations. s 274 ins 2000 No. 22 s 8 sub 2005 No. 45 s 12 amd 2020 No. 7 s 37 - (a) a deputy commissioner of the police service; or - (b) an assistant commissioner of the police service; or - (c) the detective chief superintendent responsible for Statewide crime operations.
