### sec.267 Principal law enforcement officer’s reports
Within 2 months after the end of an authorised operation, the principal law enforcement officer for the operation must give a report under this section to the chief executive officer of the law enforcement agency.
The report must include the following details—
the date and time when the operation began and its duration;
whether the operation was conducted in this jurisdiction or in this jurisdiction and a participating jurisdiction;
the nature of the controlled conduct engaged in for the purposes of the operation;
details of the outcome of the operation;
if the operation involved illicit goods, a statement, to the extent known, of—
the nature and quantity of the illicit goods; and
the route through which the illicit goods passed in the course of the operation;
details of any loss of or serious damage to property, or any personal injuries, happening in the course of or as a direct result of the operation;
details of any opportunity taken to obtain evidence to which section 258 (2) (c) applies.

- (a) the date and time when the operation began and its duration;
- (b) whether the operation was conducted in this jurisdiction or in this jurisdiction and a participating jurisdiction;
- (c) the nature of the controlled conduct engaged in for the purposes of the operation;
- (d) details of the outcome of the operation;
- (e) if the operation involved illicit goods, a statement, to the extent known, of— (i) the nature and quantity of the illicit goods; and (ii) the route through which the illicit goods passed in the course of the operation;
- (i) the nature and quantity of the illicit goods; and
- (ii) the route through which the illicit goods passed in the course of the operation;
- (f) details of any loss of or serious damage to property, or any personal injuries, happening in the course of or as a direct result of the operation;
- (g) details of any opportunity taken to obtain evidence to which section 258 (2) (c) applies.
- (i) the nature and quantity of the illicit goods; and
- (ii) the route through which the illicit goods passed in the course of the operation;
