### sec.24 Requirement by a police officer for a relevant law
This section applies if a police officer requires a licence holder or person apparently in possession or in charge of a place used for a purpose under a licence under a relevant law to give the police officer reasonable help.
What is reasonable help must be decided according to the particular circumstances.
It may be reasonable for a person who can operate a computer to help a police officer to gain access to a document on the computer so it can be inspected.
It may be reasonable for a person to open a safe or strong room where prescribed items are kept.
