### sec.238 Protection for committee members
A member of the committee does not incur civil liability for an act done, or omission made, under this chapter.
If subsection (1) prevents a civil liability attaching to a member of the committee, the liability attaches instead to the State.
Also, a member of the committee does not incur criminal liability for an act done, or omission made in accordance with an authority given for a controlled operation under this chapter because of a recommendation made by the committee.
