### sec.201 What monitoring order must state
The monitoring order must order a financial institution to give information obtained by the institution about transactions conducted through an account held by the named person with the institution and state—
the name or names in which the account is believed to be held; and
the type of information the institution is required to give; and
the period, of not more than 3 months from the date of its making, the order is in force; and
that the order applies to transactions conducted during the period stated in the order; and
that the information is to be given to any police officer or to a stated police officer and the way in which the information is to be given.
In this section—
transaction conducted through an account includes—
the making of a fixed term deposit; and
in relation to a fixed term deposit—the transfer of the amount deposited, or any part of it, at the end of the term.

- (a) the name or names in which the account is believed to be held; and
- (b) the type of information the institution is required to give; and
- (c) the period, of not more than 3 months from the date of its making, the order is in force; and
- (d) that the order applies to transactions conducted during the period stated in the order; and
- (e) that the information is to be given to any police officer or to a stated police officer and the way in which the information is to be given.
