### sec.188 Application of pt 5 This part applies to the following within the meaning of the Confiscation Act — a confiscation offence; a serious crime related activity. For this part, the question whether a person has been charged with or found guilty of an interstate confiscation offence is to be decided in accordance with the law of the State in which the person is charged or found guilty. s 188 amd 2002 No. 68 s 327 ; 2004 No. 53 s 2 sch (sec.188-ssec.1) This part applies to the following within the meaning of the Confiscation Act — a confiscation offence; a serious crime related activity. (sec.188-ssec.2) For this part, the question whether a person has been charged with or found guilty of an interstate confiscation offence is to be decided in accordance with the law of the State in which the person is charged or found guilty. - (a) a confiscation offence; - (b) a serious crime related activity.
