### sec.179L What missing person warrant must state
A missing person warrant must state—
that a stated police officer may establish a missing person scene at the place and exercise missing person powers at the scene; and
the day and time, of not more than 48 hours after the missing person scene is established, that the warrant ends.
If a Supreme Court judge issues the missing person warrant, the warrant must state whether or not a police officer may, under the warrant, do something that may cause structural damage to a building.

(sec.179L-ssec.1) A missing person warrant must state— that a stated police officer may establish a missing person scene at the place and exercise missing person powers at the scene; and the day and time, of not more than 48 hours after the missing person scene is established, that the warrant ends.
(sec.179L-ssec.2) If a Supreme Court judge issues the missing person warrant, the warrant must state whether or not a police officer may, under the warrant, do something that may cause structural damage to a building.
