### sec.175 Copy of crime scene warrant to be given to occupier If a police officer exercises powers under a crime scene warrant for a place that is occupied, the police officer must give to the occupier a copy of the warrant and a statement in the approved form summarising the person’s rights and obligations under the warrant. If the occupier is not present, the police officer must leave the copy in a conspicuous place.
