### sec.151 Issue of search warrant
The issuer may issue a search warrant only if satisfied—
there are reasonable grounds for suspecting the evidence or property mentioned in section 150 (1) (a) , (b) , (c) or (d) is—
at the place; or
likely to be taken to the place within the next 72 hours; or
there are reasonable grounds for believing the prohibited items mentioned in section 150 (1) (e) are—
at the place; or
likely to be taken to the place within the next 72 hours.

- (a) there are reasonable grounds for suspecting the evidence or property mentioned in section 150 (1) (a) , (b) , (c) or (d) is— (i) at the place; or (ii) likely to be taken to the place within the next 72 hours; or
- (i) at the place; or
- (ii) likely to be taken to the place within the next 72 hours; or
- (b) there are reasonable grounds for believing the prohibited items mentioned in section 150 (1) (e) are— (i) at the place; or (ii) likely to be taken to the place within the next 72 hours.
