### sec.134 Power for regulating animal traffic
A police officer may give to a person in charge of an animal any direction the police officer reasonably considers necessary for the safe and effective regulation of animal traffic on the road.
Without limiting subsection (1) , a police officer may act under that subsection if the police officer reasonably suspects an emergency exists or it is otherwise necessary to temporarily prohibit, divert or direct animal traffic and pedestrians.
The direction may include a direction to the person in charge of an animal to move the animal as soon as practicable.
