### sec.130 Definition for ch 6
In this chapter—
person in charge , of an animal, means—
a person who owns or has a lease, licence or other proprietary interest in the animal; or
a person who has care, control or custody of the animal; or
a person who is employing or has engaged someone else who has care, control or custody of the animal and the care, control or custody is within the scope of the employment or engagement.

- (a) a person who owns or has a lease, licence or other proprietary interest in the animal; or
- (b) a person who has care, control or custody of the animal; or
