### sec.109 Appeal
An order made against a person under section 102 for the performance of community service may be appealed against as a sentence imposed on the person.
A person may appeal against any other order of a relevant court or magistrate under this chapter to the District Court within 28 days after the day the order is made.
Also, a person may appeal against an order of the District Court under this division to the Court of Appeal within 28 days after the day the order is made.
On the appellant’s application, an appeal under subsection (2) may be by way of rehearing from the start.
