### sec.105CA Offence to modify, sell or dispose of motor vehicle during number plate confiscation period This section applies if a number plate confiscation notice was attached to a motor vehicle under section 74H . The owner of the motor vehicle must not, without reasonable excuse, modify or sell or otherwise dispose of the motor vehicle during the number plate confiscation period.
