### sec.105 Offence to remove vehicle from holding yard
A person must not unlawfully remove a motor vehicle impounded under this chapter from a holding yard.
Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.
For subsection (1) , it does not matter how the motor vehicle came to be in the holding yard.
