### sec.96 Directions about alternative assessment managers The Minister may, by gazette notice, direct an entity mentioned in section 48 (3) (a) — not to keep a list under that subsection for development of a type stated in the direction; or to remove a person from a list under that subsection. The Minister must give a copy of the notice to— the entity; and if the direction is to remove a person from the list—the person.
