### sec.81B Withdrawing change applications for minor changes This section applies in relation to a change application for a minor change to a development approval. At any time before the change application is decided, the applicant may withdraw the application by giving notice of the withdrawal to— the responsible entity; and each affected entity for the change application. s 81B ins 2019 No. 11 s 157 (sec.81B-ssec.1) This section applies in relation to a change application for a minor change to a development approval.
