### sec.38 Process after making or amending designation If, after considering any properly made submissions, the designator decides to make or amend a designation, the designator must publish a gazette notice that states— that the designation has been made or amended; and a description of the designated premises; and the type of infrastructure for which the premises were designated; and for an amendment—the nature of the amendment. The designator must give the following things to each affected party and the chief executive— a copy of the gazette notice; a notice of any requirements included in the designation under section 35 (2) ; a notice of how the designator dealt with any properly made submissions.
