### sec.359 Validation of particular approvals This section applies to an approval that, before the commencement, was given or purportedly given under this Act or the old Act for development on premises to which a development control plan applies. The approval, and anything done in relation to the approval, is not invalid merely because the application for the approval— was, or was purportedly, made under this Act or the old Act instead of the IDAS; or was, or was purportedly, assessed, decided or otherwise dealt with under this Act or the old Act instead of the IDAS. s 359 ins 2024 No. 13 s 60 (sec.359-ssec.1) This section applies to an approval that, before the commencement, was given or purportedly given under this Act or the old Act for development on premises to which a development control plan applies.
