### sec.347 Appeals about particular decisions under old Act This section applies if— immediately before the old Act was repealed, a person had a right to appeal under the old Act, chapter 7, part 1 or 2 against a decision made under the old Act; and before the commencement, the person started the appeal, during the person’s appeal period for the decision— for an appeal to the Court of Appeal—under the P&E Court Act; or otherwise—under this Act. The person is taken to have always had a right to start the appeal. s 347 ins 2019 No. 11 s 182 (sec.347-ssec.1) This section applies if— immediately before the old Act was repealed, a person had a right to appeal under the old Act, chapter 7, part 1 or 2 against a decision made under the old Act; and before the commencement, the person started the appeal, during the person’s appeal period for the decision— for an appeal to the Court of Appeal—under the P&E Court Act; or otherwise—under this Act.
