### sec.342 Lapsing of particular development approvals under old Act This section applies to a development approval under the old Act, whether given before or after 3 July 2017, that is in effect immediately before the commencement. If the development approval is a preliminary approval to which the old Act, section 242 applies, other than a preliminary approval mentioned in the old Act, section 808— section 88(2) and (3) does not apply to the development approval; and the old Act, section 343 applies to the development approval. If the development approval is a preliminary approval mentioned in the old Act, section 808— section 88(2) and (3) does not apply to the development approval; and the old Act, section 342(1) to (3) applies to the development approval. For applying the old Act, section 341 under section 299 of this Act, or the old Act, section 343 under subsection (2), a reference in the old Act, section 341(7), definitions related approval , paragraph (a), (b) or (c) to— a development approval or development permit includes a reference to a development approval or development permit given under this Act; and a development application includes a development application made under this Act. s 342 ins 2019 No. 11 s 182 (sec.342-ssec.1) This section applies to a development approval under the old Act, whether given before or after 3 July 2017, that is in effect immediately before the commencement.
