### sec.325 Responsible entity for particular existing change applications This section applies to an existing change application made to the Minister to change a development approval given for an application that was called in under— the old Act, chapter 6, part 11, division 2; or the repealed Integrated Planning Act 1997 , chapter 3 , part 6 , division 2 .
