### sec.319 Compliance assessment of documents or works This section applies to— a document or works if, when the old Act was repealed, a development approval or local planning instrument required compliance assessment for the document or works; and a compliance certificate given, before or after the commencement, under the old Act for a document or works, other than a subdivision plan.
