### sec.313 Keeping documents A document required to be kept for inspection and purchase under the old Act must be kept for inspection and purchase under this Act. A document required to be kept for inspection only under the old Act must be kept for inspection only under this Act. The old Act, section 736, continues to apply to a document to which the section applied immediately before the commencement.
