### sec.303 Infrastructure charges
This Act applies to an infrastructure charge adopted under a charges resolution made under the old Act, as if the charge had been adopted under this Act.
To remove any doubt, it is declared that the infrastructure charge was adopted when the charges resolution was made under the old Act.
