### sec.289 References to the old Act and the repealed Integrated Planning Act 1997 This section applies to a reference in another Act or a document. Unless the contrary intention appears— a reference to the old Act or the repealed Integrated Planning Act 1997 is a reference to this Act; and a reference to a provision of the old Act or the repealed Integrated Planning Act 1997 is a reference to the provision of this Act that corresponds, or most closely corresponds, to the provision of the old Act or the repealed Integrated Planning Act 1997 ; and a reference to a person or thing in column 1 of the following table is a reference to the person or thing in column 2 of the table.
