### sec.278 Application of P&E Court Act evidentiary provisions The P&E Court Act , part 5 , division 2 also applies to— proceedings relating to this Act started in a court other than the P&E Court or in a tribunal; and a person acting judicially in relation to proceedings relating to this Act. - (a) proceedings relating to this Act started in a court other than the P&E Court or in a tribunal; and - (b) a person acting judicially in relation to proceedings relating to this Act.
