### sec.275ZE Dispute notices under Springfield structure plan
Without limiting the Springfield structure plan, section 11 , a dispute notice may be given to the local government under that section in relation to any of the following matters—
a plan application;
a development application, or change application, in relation to premises in the structure plan area;
a dispute about the provision or use of infrastructure in relation to the structure plan area.
However—
a dispute notice may not be given in relation to a change application for a minor change to a development approval; and
a dispute notice in relation to a plan application, development application or change application may not be given before the application is decided.
Also, a dispute notice may not be given by a person other than—
for a dispute notice in relation to a plan application—
the applicant; or
the SCG; or
the owner of premises to which the application relates; or
for a dispute notice in relation to a development application or change application—
the applicant; or
the SCG; or
the owner of premises to which the application relates; or
a submitter for the application; or
for a dispute notice not mentioned in paragraph (a) or (b) —the SCG.

(sec.275ZE-ssec.1) Without limiting the Springfield structure plan, section 11 , a dispute notice may be given to the local government under that section in relation to any of the following matters— a plan application; a development application, or change application, in relation to premises in the structure plan area; a dispute about the provision or use of infrastructure in relation to the structure plan area.
(sec.275ZE-ssec.2) However— a dispute notice may not be given in relation to a change application for a minor change to a development approval; and a dispute notice in relation to a plan application, development application or change application may not be given before the application is decided.
(sec.275ZE-ssec.3) Also, a dispute notice may not be given by a person other than— for a dispute notice in relation to a plan application— the applicant; or the SCG; or the owner of premises to which the application relates; or for a dispute notice in relation to a development application or change application— the applicant; or the SCG; or the owner of premises to which the application relates; or a submitter for the application; or for a dispute notice not mentioned in paragraph (a) or (b) —the SCG.
- (a) a plan application;

- (c) a dispute about the provision or use of infrastructure in relation to the structure plan area.

- (iv) a submitter for the application; or
- (c) for a dispute notice not mentioned in paragraph (a) or (b) —the SCG.
- (i) the applicant; or
- (ii) the SCG; or
- (iii) the owner of premises to which the application relates; or
- (i) the applicant; or
- (ii) the SCG; or
- (iii) the owner of premises to which the application relates; or
- (iv) a submitter for the application; or
