### sec.275V Who may make plan applications
Any person may make a plan application.
If the applicant is not the owner of the premises to which the plan application relates, the application must be accompanied by the written consent of the owner of the premises to the application.
However, subsection (2) does not apply in relation to the plan application to the extent the local government considers—
the application does not materially affect the premises; and
it is impracticable to get the consent of each owner because of the number of owners.
