### sec.275PB Minister may revoke declarations under s 275O
The Minister may, by notice published on the department’s website, revoke a declaration made under section 275O if satisfied the declaration is no longer necessary having regard to the nature of the applicable event.
The Minister may act under subsection (1) without consulting with any person.
The notice must state the day the revocation takes effect.
The stated day must be at least 10 business days after the day the notice is published.
The revocation takes effect on the stated day.
The revocation is a statutory instrument.
