### sec.275O Declarations of uses and classes of uses The Minister may, by notice published on the department’s website (a declaration notice ), declare— a use for the applicable event; or a class of uses for the applicable event. The Minister may make the declaration only if satisfied the declaration is necessary having regard to the nature of the applicable event. The declaration may be made in relation to all or part of the area to which the applicable event notice applies. The declaration has effect for the period stated in the declaration notice. See also sections 275PA and 275PB for the extension and revocation of declarations under this section. For subsection (4) , the stated period— must not start before the day the declaration notice is published; and must not end after the end of the applicable event period for the applicable event notice.
