### sec.275LD Decisions on applications
The chief executive must consider an application made under section 275LB and decide—
to give or refuse the extension sought; or
to extend the period for which the temporary use licence has effect for a period that is different from the extension sought.
The chief executive must not extend the period for which the temporary use licence has effect beyond the end of the extended applicable event period for the applicable event notice.
The chief executive may decide to extend the period for which the temporary use licence has effect only if satisfied that, having regard to the nature of the applicable event, there are reasonable grounds for giving the extension.

(sec.275LD-ssec.1) The chief executive must consider an application made under section 275LB and decide— to give or refuse the extension sought; or to extend the period for which the temporary use licence has effect for a period that is different from the extension sought.
(sec.275LD-ssec.2) The chief executive must not extend the period for which the temporary use licence has effect beyond the end of the extended applicable event period for the applicable event notice.
(sec.275LD-ssec.3) The chief executive may decide to extend the period for which the temporary use licence has effect only if satisfied that, having regard to the nature of the applicable event, there are reasonable grounds for giving the extension.
- (a) to give or refuse the extension sought; or
- (b) to extend the period for which the temporary use licence has effect for a period that is different from the extension sought.
