### sec.275LB Applications to extend temporary use licences The holder of the temporary use licence may apply to the chief executive to extend the period for which the temporary use licence has effect under section 275K before the period ends. The application must— be in the approved form; and include the matters prescribed by regulation. If the period for which the temporary use licence has effect ends before the application is decided, the licence continues in effect under this subsection until the first of the following to happen— the chief executive gives the holder notice of the decision under section 275LE ; the application is withdrawn. Nothing in subsection (3) prevents the temporary use licence being suspended or cancelled during the period the licence is continued under that subsection. s 275LB ins 2024 No. 13 s 52 (sec.275LB-ssec.1) The holder of the temporary use licence may apply to the chief executive to extend the period for which the temporary use licence has effect under section 275K before the period ends.
