### sec.245 Refunding fees The chief executive may, but need not, refund all or part of the fee paid to start proceedings if the chief executive decides under section 244 — not to establish a tribunal; or to end the proceedings. - (a) not to establish a tribunal; or - (b) to end the proceedings.
