### sec.238 Registrar and other officers
The chief executive may, by gazette notice, appoint—
a registrar; and
other officers (including persons who are public service officers) as the chief executive considers appropriate to help a tribunal perform its functions.
A person may hold the appointment or assist concurrently with any other public service appointment that the person holds.
