### sec.210 Access to seized thing
This section applies until a seized thing is forfeited or returned.
The inspector who seized the thing must allow an owner of the thing, free of charge—
to inspect the thing at any reasonable time, and from time to time; and
if the thing is a document—to copy the document.
However, subsection (2) does not apply if it is impracticable or would be unreasonable to allow the owner to inspect or copy the thing.
(sec.210-ssec.1) This section applies until a seized thing is forfeited or returned.
(sec.210-ssec.2) The inspector who seized the thing must allow an owner of the thing, free of charge— to inspect the thing at any reasonable time, and from time to time; and if the thing is a document—to copy the document.
