### sec.20 Amending planning schemes under Minister’s rules This section applies to an amendment of a planning scheme that the Minister’s rules apply to. Instead of complying with section 18 , a local government may amend a planning scheme by following the process in the Minister’s rules. The Minister’s rules must provide for the local government to publish a public notice about the planning scheme being amended. s 20 amd 2019 No. 11 s 231 s ch 1 pt 1 (sec.20-ssec.1) This section applies to an amendment of a planning scheme that the Minister’s rules apply to.
