### sec.199 Requiring reasonable help
The inspector may require an occupier of the place, or a person at the place, to give the inspector reasonable help to exercise a power stated in section 198 (1) .
When making the requirement, the inspector must give the person an offence warning for the requirement.
The person must comply with the requirement, unless the person has a reasonable excuse.
Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.
It is a reasonable excuse for an individual not to comply with the requirement if complying might tend to incriminate the individual or expose the individual to a penalty.
However, subsection (4) does not apply if a document or information that is the subject of the requirement is required to be held or kept by the individual under this Act.
However, see section 224 (which is about evidential immunity).
