### sec.141 Notice of decision As soon as practicable after deciding the conversion application, the local government must give a decision notice about the decision to the applicant. If the decision is to convert non-trunk infrastructure to trunk infrastructure, the notice must state whether an offset or refund under this part applies and, if it does, information about the offset or refund.
