### sec.118 Steps after making charges resolution
After making a charges resolution, a local government must—
upload and keep the resolution on the local government’s website; and
attach the resolution to each copy of the planning scheme that the local government gives to, or publishes for, others.
A charges resolution is not part of a planning scheme even if the resolution is attached to the scheme.
The charges under the charges resolution have effect—
if the charges resolution is uploaded on the relevant local government website before the beginning of the day stated in the resolution as the day for the charges to have effect—on the day stated in the resolution; or
otherwise—on the day the charges resolution is uploaded on the website.
(sec.118-ssec.1) After making a charges resolution, a local government must— upload and keep the resolution on the local government’s website; and attach the resolution to each copy of the planning scheme that the local government gives to, or publishes for, others. A charges resolution is not part of a planning scheme even if the resolution is attached to the scheme.
(sec.118-ssec.2) The charges under the charges resolution have effect— if the charges resolution is uploaded on the relevant local government website before the beginning of the day stated in the resolution as the day for the charges to have effect—on the day stated in the resolution; or otherwise—on the day the charges resolution is uploaded on the website.
- (a) upload and keep the resolution on the local government’s website; and
- (b) attach the resolution to each copy of the planning scheme that the local government gives to, or publishes for, others. Note— A charges resolution is not part of a planning scheme even if the resolution is attached to the scheme.
- (a) if the charges resolution is uploaded on the relevant local government website before the beginning of the day stated in the resolution as the day for the charges to have effect—on the day stated in the resolution; or
- (b) otherwise—on the day the charges resolution is uploaded on the website.
