### sec.116 Working out cost of infrastructure for offset or refund
For working out an offset or refund under this part, a charges resolution must include a method for working out the cost of the infrastructure that is the subject of the offset or refund.
The method must be consistent with the parameters for the purpose provided for under a guideline made by the Minister and prescribed by regulation.
