### sec.109 Refunding or waiving fees An assessment manager, referral agency or responsible entity may, but need not— refund all or part of a required fee; or waive all or part of a required fee, in the circumstances prescribed by regulation. - (a) refund all or part of a required fee; or - (b) waive all or part of a required fee, in the circumstances prescribed by regulation.
